How it works
STEP ONE
Capture the courts
VisioCourt continuously captures footage of the courts throughout the day. Facilities can plug straight into the IP cameras they already have overlooking the courts, or we supply and install high-quality cameras of our choosing. Either way, every camera is positioned and calibrated so the full playing area is in frame, with clear sightlines edge to edge, so no part of the court goes unmonitored.
STEP TWO
Run the algorithm
That footage is securely uploaded to where we run the VisioCourt human-detection algorithm. Reading a live court is hard, so our model is built to handle the messy realities of real-world video: occlusion when players overlap, changing lighting and glare, long shadows, awkward camera angles, and the exact dimensions of each court. Because it’s purpose-built for this specific problem, our algorithm performs far beyond general-purpose human-detection models.
STEP THREE
Deliver the insights
Finally, the results flow onto two surfaces. Facility managers get a full dashboard with advanced analytics, utilization trends, and recommendations to plan smarter. Players get a clean, simple view through our app or website that shows at a glance whether courts are open right now, so they can plan their visit and skip the wait.
