Privacy Policy

Overview

VisioCourt provides AI-powered occupancy analytics for sports facilities. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We designed VisioCourt to be privacy-first: our computer vision measures how courts are used, not who is using them.

What we collect

Camera-derived occupancy metrics from facility feeds (not identity); account information if you create a player or facility account (such as email); messages and form submissions (pilot requests, help questions); and basic usage analytics about how you interact with our website and app.

What we do NOT collect from cameras

We do not perform facial recognition, store identifiable images or video of individuals from camera feeds, track individual players across courts, or sell personal information to third parties.

How we use information

Occupancy data powers court availability and utilization reports for onboarded facilities. Account information operates your account and delivers replies in your Messages inbox. Form submissions let us respond to pilot and support requests. Usage data helps us improve the product.

Public preview data

Some public player views may show sample or illustrative facility availability so visitors can explore the product before facilities are live. That preview data is not a guarantee of real-time court status.
