By accessing or using VisioCourt's website, player app, or facility dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Our services
VisioCourt provides software that analyzes camera feeds to deliver court occupancy data and utilization analytics for facility managers and players. Features available to a given facility depend on onboarding and pilot or subscription status.
Preview and sample data
Public marketing pages and the player preview may display sample facilities, occupancy figures, or dashboards for demonstration. Do not rely on preview data for travel or scheduling decisions unless a facility is confirmed live on VisioCourt.
Pilot program
Facilities may participate in a 10-day risk-free pilot. Pilot scope, including camera coverage and installation, is confirmed during onboarding.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform or use VisioCourt unlawfully. Facilities must have appropriate rights to use camera feeds with VisioCourt.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes will be resolved in Wake County, North Carolina, unless otherwise required by law.
